¿Buscas un entorno donde puedas desarrollar tu base técnica, aprender en proyectos reales y crecer profesionalmente desde el primer día?

En OCA Global queremos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a Técnico/a de Instalaciones de Edificios para reforzar nuestro equipo de Inspección y Control Técnico en el área de edificación en A Coruña, con foco en la supervisión y verificación de instalaciones eléctricas, térmicas, sanitarias y de climatización.

🚀 Tu propósito en OCA Global

Tu misión será aprender y participar en la verificación de la conformidad técnica, la seguridad y la eficiencia energética de las instalaciones en los proyectos de edificación que acompañamos. Colaborarás con arquitectos, ingenierías y promotoras para asegurar que cada instalación cumpla con el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), normativa reglamentaria y mejores prácticas del sector, siempre con el apoyo del equipo.

Formarás parte del equipo técnico de OCA Global, desarrollando progresivamente tu criterio técnico en la verificación, control y validación de instalaciones, acompañado/a por profesionales con experiencia y un entorno de aprendizaje continuo.

🎯 Tus principales misiones

  • Participar en la supervisión y verificación de instalaciones eléctricas, térmicas, sanitarias, de climatización y contra incendios, asegurando su conformidad con los proyectos aprobados y la normativa vigente.
  • Apoyar en la revisión de documentación técnica: memorias, planos, certificados, protocolos de pruebas y reglamentación aplicable.
  • Realizar inspecciones en obra junto al equipo, detectando desviaciones y aprendiendo a proponer acciones correctivas.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de informes técnicos claros y estructurados, incorporando conclusiones y recomendaciones.
  • Dar soporte técnico a clientes, proyectistas y equipos internos en cuestiones relacionadas con instalaciones.
  • Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de control técnico y calidad dentro del área de instalaciones.

🧩 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de la Energía, Ingeniería Eléctrica o similar.
  • Experiencia inicial o primeras prácticas profesionales en instalaciones de edificación (electricidad, climatización, fontanería, PCI, etc.).
  • Conocimientos básicos del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) y de reglamentos aplicables (REBT, RITE, RIPCI).
  • Interés por el aprendizaje técnico y la resolución de incidencias con acompañamiento del equipo.
  • Capacidad para comunicar y colaborar con equipos técnicos y clientes.
  • Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y compromiso con la calidad y el trabajo bien hecho.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en empresas de control técnico (OCT) o consultoría de instalaciones.
