Fulfilment Coördinator/ Productieplanner

Bij Octiva zoeken we een Fulfilment Coördinator die onze operationele en logistieke flow in goede banen leidt. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlot verwerkt worden én dat de productieplanning aansluit op de vraag.

Jouw taken

· Je coördineert het dagelijkse fulfilmentproces (orderverwerking, picking, packing en verzending)

· Je stelt productieplanningen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op

· Je stemt productie en voorraad af op de verwachte vraag

· Je monitort voorraadniveaus en signaleert tekorten of overschotten

· Je onderhoudt contact met logistieke partners en volgt leveringen op (onderhandelingen of contractbeheer met leveranciers

behoort niet tot jouw takenpakket)

· Je werkt nauw samen met operations en customer service om klanttevredenheid te garanderen

· Je werkt samen met inkoop om een zo vlot mogelijk proces te garanderen

· Je analyseert KPI’s rond levertijden, efficiëntie en kwaliteit

Jouw profiel

· Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een economische richting, supply chain, logistiek of ander relevant domein

· Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaren ervaring in logistiek, fulfilment of productieplanning

· Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een sterk organisatorisch vermogen

· Je bent hands-on en oplossingsgericht

· Je kan goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen

· Je communiceert vlot met verschillende teams

· Ervaring met plannings- of ERP-systemen is een plus, ervaring met Ridder is een grote meerwaarde
