Sales Consultant Odoo (m/w/d)

📍 Saarbrücken oder remote · Vollzeit · ab sofort · unbefristet

Deine Rolle

Bei uns bist du Teil des Teams. Als Sales Consultant bist du für viele Unternehmen der erste Kontakt zu ODION – vom ersten Gespräch über die Systemdemo bis zum passenden Angebot. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt eigene Kunden und Interessenten.

Konkret heißt das:

  • Du gewinnst neue Kunden und Projekte für das ERP-System Odoo, indem du neue Leads bearbeitest und bestehende Kontakte pflegst.
  • Du organisierst erste Kennenlerntermine, zeigst das System in Online-Demos und vereinbarst Workshops vor Ort.
  • Du analysierst die Anforderungen deiner Interessenten, verstehst ihren Bedarf und prüfst, wie er sich umsetzen lässt.
  • Du erstellst Angebote und stellst sie den Interessenten vor – überzeugend und auf Augenhöhe.

Wir arbeiten agil nach Scrum und Team Jour Fixe.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Vertriebserfahrung: Du hast bereits praktisch im Sales gearbeitet, idealerweise im IT-Vertrieb.
  • Technisches Verständnis und Beratungskompetenz: Du erkennst, was Kunden wirklich brauchen, und berätst sie fundiert.
  • Organisationstalent und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken: Du behältst den Überblick, denkst unternehmerisch und hast eine echte Dienstleistungsmentalität.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und arbeitest gern im Team.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch: Du überzeugst unsere Kunden in Wort und Schrift – in beiden Sprachen.

Schön, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit Odoo oder anderen ERP-Systemen. Und wenn nicht jeder Punkt passt: Bewirb dich trotzdem.
