Seit über zehn Jahren setzen wir auf Odoo als technische Basis und ergänzen es mit einzigartigen Odoo Standard-Modulen bis hin zu Gesamt-Lösungen wie ODION Mobile, ODION DATEV, ODION Reports, ODION GAEB.

Senior ERP Consultant Odoo (m/w/d)

📍 Saarbrücken oder remote · Vollzeit · ab sofort · unbefristet

Deine Rolle

Bei uns bist du Teil des Teams. Als Senior Consultant führst du Unternehmen auf dem Weg zu einem ERP-System, mit dem sie jeden Tag ihr Geschäft steuern – vom ersten Kennenlernen über Workshops und Umsetzung bis zum Go-live. Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, konzeptionierst die Lösung und präsentierst sie den Key Usern bei unseren Kunden.

Konkret heißt das:

  • Du verantwortest Kundenprojekte von der Prozessanalyse bis zum Go-live und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Kunden.
  • Du konzipierst und moderierst Workshops und machst daraus Lösungskonzepte, die sich sauber in Odoo und unseren eigenen Produkten abbilden lassen.
  • Du stimmst Anpassungen direkt mit unserer Entwicklung ab – kurze Wege statt stiller Post.
  • Du steuerst Datenmigration, Tests und Schulungen, überwiegend remote und etwa einmal im Monat vor Ort beim Kunden.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen mit jüngeren Kolleginnen und Kollegen und gestaltest unsere Standardprodukte mit.

Langweilig wird es nicht: Unsere Kunden kommen aus nahezu allen Branchen, und Projekte dauern mal vier Wochen, mal mehrere Jahre. Wir arbeiten agil nach Scrum und Team Jour Fixe.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der ERP-Beratung: Du hast bereits ERP-Systeme oder komplexe Business-Software eingeführt und führst Projekte selbstständig ins Ziel.
  • Prozessverständnis und betriebswirtschaftliches Denken: Du verstehst, wie Unternehmen funktionieren – von Einkauf und Lager über Produktion bis zur Buchhaltung.
  • Brücke zwischen Kunde und Technik: Du übersetzt zwischen Kundenwünschen und technischer Realität und vertrittst Lösungen souverän.
  • Lust, Wissen weiterzugeben: Du hast Freude daran, andere im Team wachsen zu sehen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden – fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist deshalb wichtig.

Schön, aber kein Muss: Erfahrung mit Odoo, in der Projektleitung oder im Presales. Du kommst von einem anderen ERP-System? Dann lernst du Odoo bei uns schnell. Und wenn nicht jeder Punkt passt: Bewirb dich trotzdem.
