RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

1. Cartographie des processus (Process Mapping)

  • Documenter les processus d’opérations
  • Créer et maintenir à jour les diagrammes de flux (VSM, diagrammes de blocs, flowcharts)
  • Identifier les points de friction, goulots d'étranglement et sources de gaspillage
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe pour valider l'exactitude des cartographies
  • Proposer des états futurs optimisés

2. Rédaction des instructions de travail

  • Rédiger, réviser et mettre à jour les instructions de travail standardisées
  • S'assurer que les instructions sont claires, conformes aux normes qualité/sécurité et faciles à suivre pour les opérateurs
  • Intégrer des aides visuelles (photos, schémas, pictogrammes) lorsque pertinent
  • Valider les instructions sur le plancher avec les équipes de production
  • Établir et maintenir un système de contrôle des versions des documents

3. Gestion du layout de l'usine

  • Créer et tenir à jour les plans d'implantation (layout) de l'usine de façon précise
  • Documenter tout changement d'équipement, de poste de travail ou de flux physique
  • Analyser l'efficacité du layout actuel (distances parcourues, flux de matières, ergonomie)
  • Proposer des reconfigurations pour améliorer la fluidité et réduire les déplacements inutiles
  • Coordonner avec les équipes de maintenance pour les modifications physiques

4. Projets d'amélioration continue

  • Identifier, prioriser et piloter des projets d'amélioration (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Définir les objectifs, indicateurs de performance (KPI) et échéanciers des projets
  • Analyser les données de production pour cibler les opportunités d'amélioration
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes multidisciplinaires (production, qualité, maintenance, planification et achats)
  • Mesurer et communiquer les résultats des initiatives mises en place
  • Assurer la pérennité des améliorations (standardisation, formation, suivi)

Compétences et qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie industriel, génie mécanique ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
  • Maîtrise des outils de cartographie de processus et de dessin technique (ex. Visio, AutoCAD, ou équivalent)
  • Connaissance des méthodologies Lean/Six Sigma (un atout)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite (rédaction technique)
  • Bonne maitrise de la langue anglaise (communications fréquentes avec collaborateurs anglophones)
  • Capacité à travailler avec les équipes de production sur le plancher
  • Esprit analytique et orientation vers la résolution de problèmes

Relations de travail

  • Collabore avec : opérateurs, superviseurs de production, équipe qualité, équipe maintenance
  • Relève de : VP- opérations
