Einleitung

Die Labordiagnostik der Blutspendezentrale für Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland ist ein moderner und zukunftsorientierter Leistungsbereich mit den Schwerpunkten Immunhämatologie, Infektiologie sowie Immun- und Blutgruppengenetik. Unser Team gewährleistet die Versorgung der Patient:innen in den ostösterreichischen Spitälern mit Blutkomponenten höchster Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards durch die Testung und Freigabe von über 135.000 Blutspenden pro Jahr. Darüber hinaus stellen wir diagnostische und transfusionsmedizinische Leistungen zur Verfügung und fungieren als Referenzlabor für immunhämatologische Spezialfälle.

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und leisten Sie mit Ihrer Arbeit einen direkten Beitrag zur sicheren Versorgung von Patient:innen in Ostösterreich.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Labordiagnostik mit den Schwerpunkten Immunhämatologie, Infektiologie, Immun- und Blutgruppengenetik
  • Patientenseitige immunhämatologische Diagnostik im Auftrag der ostösterreichischen Krankenanstalten
  • Abklärung immunhämatologischer Spezialfälle und Genotypisierung erythrozytärer und thrombozytärer Antigene
  • Histokompatibilitätstestung und Immungenetik für die Stammzellspendedatei des Österreichischen Roten Kreuzes
  • Nicht-invasive pränatale RhD Bestimmung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Umsetzung des QMS nach GMP und ISO 15189
  • Transfusionsmedizinische und labordiagnostische Beratung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung für Transfusionsmedizin oder klinische und chemische Labordiagnostik
  • Interesse an der patientenorientierten individuellen Diagnostik auf dem aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft und Technik sowie der Hochdurchsatzdiagnostik für die Freigabe der Blutkomponenten
  • Interesse an Prozess- und Methodenimplementierung und an Vortragstätigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Blutspender:innen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
