Einleitung

Das Österreichische Rote Kreuz ist täglich im Einsatz, um Leben zu retten und Hilfsbedürftige zu unterstützen. Unsere Blutbank zählt zu den modernsten Europas und stellt höchste Anforderungen an Qualität, Sicherheit und Präzision. Als Teil unseres Produktionsteams wirkst du an der Herstellung von Blutprodukten sowie Gewebe- und Zellzubereitungen mit und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag für die Versorgung von Patient:innen in ganz Österreich. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass lebenswichtige Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du Blutprodukte sowie Gewebe- und Zellzubereitungen her, lagerst diese fachgerecht und bereitest sie nach klaren SOP-Richtlinien für den Versand vor
  • Du bedienst, überwachst und pflegst unsere Produktionsanlagen – etwa Zentrifugen, Zellwaschgeräte und Separatoren – und sorgst dafür, dass die Herstellung der Blutkomponenten reibungslos und sicher abläuft
  • Du führst die einzelnen Herstellschritte GMP-gerecht durch und dokumentierst diese sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei Validierungen ein und arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse mit
  • Bei entsprechender Vorerfahrung und Qualifikation unterstützt du außerdem bei der Erstellung und Pflege von SOPs sowie weiteren Dokumenten im Qualitätsmanagement. Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Abweichungen, wertest relevante Kennzahlen aus und führst Statistiken, um die Qualität unserer Arbeit laufend zu sichern und zu verbessern

Profil

  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verständnis für Hygiene
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit (kurze Aufenthalte im Kühlraum bei -30°C)
  • Flexibilität bezüglich Arbeitszeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im GMP-Bereich von Vorteil
  • Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrungen im pharmazeutisch/medizinischen Produktionsbereich wünschenswert
