Buscamos un(a) Analista de Conciliación Transaccional que garantice la integridad, exactitud y trazabilidad de las operaciones procesadas por nuestros medios de pago, asegurando una conciliación eficiente entre el core transaccional, entidades financieras, adquirentes y proveedores mediante herramientas de conciliación automatizada.

Funciones

  • Ejecutar la conciliación diaria de los diferentes medios de pago (PSE, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Daviplata, Efecty, Gana, SafetyPay, entre otros).
  • Validar transacción a transacción entre el core interno, proveedores, adquirentes y entidades financieras.
  • Administrar y controlar la recepción, validación y cargue de archivos en Simetrik, garantizando su estructura, formato e integridad.
  • Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de las conciliaciones automáticas e identificar inconsistencias en la información.
  • Analizar y gestionar diferencias transaccionales como faltantes, duplicados, diferencias de valor o estado, realizando seguimiento hasta su cierre.
  • Coordinar la resolución de incidencias con equipos internos, proveedores y entidades financieras.
  • Validar la correcta aplicación de comisiones, tarifas, retenciones y conciliación de cuentas contables.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores sobre conciliación, diferencias abiertas e impacto económico.
  • Generar alertas tempranas sobre riesgos operativos o financieros asociados al proceso.
  • Documentar procedimientos e impulsar mejoras continuas que optimicen el proceso de conciliación.

Requisitos

  • Profesional y/o Tecnólogo en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas, Administración, Ingeniería Financiera o carreras afines.
  • Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en conciliación transaccional, bancaria o financiera, preferiblemente en fintech, pasarelas de pago o entidades financieras.
  • Experiencia en conciliación de medios de pago y grandes volúmenes de información.
  • Manejo de herramientas de conciliación automatizada como Simetrik o similares.
  • Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, cruces de información, validación de datos y funciones avanzadas).
  • Conocimiento en conciliación de comisiones, tarifas, retenciones y compensaciones bancarias.
  • Alta capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle y excelente organización.

Es un plus

  • Experiencia en conciliación de operaciones con adquirentes y redes de pago.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de compensación bancaria.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Redash o similares para consulta de información transaccional.
  • Experiencia en procesos contables relacionados con ingresos, recaudos y cuentas puente.
