Descripción General y Responsabilidades

Buscamos un Analista de Innovación (Product Owner), cuya misión es apoyar en la creación de los nuevos productos y servicios de la compañía, así mismo en la incorporación de mejora continua sobre los productos y servicios basada en el análisis del mercado, con el objetivo de entregar la mejor oferta de valor al interior y fuera de la compañía.

Funciones:

  • Análisis de los productos desde las cifras (rentabilidad, eficiencias y conversión).
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de Desarrollo, Servicio al Cliente y Comercial.
  • Apoyar en la construcción de productos, servicios y definición de KPI de estos.
  • Coordinar la salida a producción de los productos y servicios o mejoras en estos.
  • Definir la oferta de valor de cara a los clientes y usuarios a través de la fuerza comercial.
  • Realizar capacitación interna sobre los productos y servicios existentes y nuevos, así mismo nuevas características de estos.
  • Apoyar en la construcción de los manuales de servicio de cara a cliente interno y externo.
  • Entrega de informes sobre los productos y servicios.
  • Entendimiento de las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes internos y externos a fin coordinar su puesta en producción.
  • Apoyo en la construcción de la estrategia de mercado para incrementar el posicionamiento de los productos y servicios.

Requisito:

  • Conocer y trabajar bajo metodologías Agiles como son Design thinking, Lean Startup y Scrum.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Conocimientos técnicos y/o en desarrollo de software.

Capacidades:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial o en Administración de Empresas.

EXTERNO: 3 años o más de experiencia en cargos similares.

Conocimiento / Habilidades:

  • Análisis de datos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de ofimática para la entrega de informes claros.
  • Enfoque en general resultados de valor.
  • Alta capacidad para la comunicación.
  • Pensamiento crítico.
  • trabajo en equipo.

Ubicación: Medellín/Bogotá

Salario: $4.730.000
