Future Opportunities | Full-time | Hybrid CABA, Buenos Aires

OfficeTwo is building a talent pool of qualified Architects for potential future opportunities with U.S.-based construction and design companies. Candidates may be contacted if a suitable position becomes available.

Potential Responsibilities

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

  • Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and permit sets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Review plans for code compliance and permitting requirements.
  • Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
  • Create and update drawings using CAD or BIM software.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Project coordination experience is a plus.
  • Experience with U.S. construction permitting is a plus, but not required.

Potential Working Conditions

  • Full-time opportunities aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • Hybrid arrangements may include attending our Belgrano office once a week.
  • Engagements are typically under an Independent Contractor Agreement.

Compensation

Starting at USD $2,000 per month, depending on the opportunity, experience, and qualifications.
