Customer Service Representative | El Salvador

Remote | El Salvador | Full Time | USD $900–$1,100/month

OfficeTwo is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a U.S.-based company. We're seeking a professional, organized person with strong English communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.

About the Role

You'll respond to customer questions, provide support across different communication channels, and keep clear records of requests and follow-ups. The right person is reliable, communicates confidently in English, and stays organized while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Provide clear, professional, and helpful support.
  • Record customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
  • Follow up on open requests and help resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with customer service and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, a call center, front desk, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer service systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Availability to work full time on a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.

Compensation and Work Setup

  • USD $900–$1,100 per month, depending on experience and English proficiency.
  • Remote work from El Salvador.
  • Full-time independent contractor position.
