  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team and be a role model to your line reports, who seek you out as a source of advice and guidance.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with mid-level clients based on a proven track record of delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide senior council to clients, advising on industry developments as they occur and showing relevance for clients on the ground.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Influence Account Director or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of influence strategy and experience managing large multi-market campaigns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to create highly effective and fruitful working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to confidently lead influence conversations and problem-solve in the moment as required and act as a point of escalation for junior clients.
  • Solid understanding of the strategic and business context the client is operating in and uses this knowledge to develop solutions and approach tasks in a way that is effective for the client.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
