Deine Aufgaben

Deine Mission bei Ogulo Als Customer Success Manager bist du die treibende Kraft hinter dem Erfolg unserer Kunden in der Immobilienbranche und bildest die Schlüsselstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Kundenbindung.

  • Proaktive Neukundenakquise: Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Kunden in der DACH-Region durch gezielte Ansprache und überzeugende Präsentation unserer Lösung.
  • One Face to the Customer: Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu deinen Kunden auf, steigerst die Nutzung unserer Produkte und identifizierst Potenziale für Upgrades und Cross-Selling.
  • Coach the Change: Durch Onboarding, Schulungen und individuelle Beratung sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kunden den vollen Nutzen aus unserer Software ziehen.
  • Teamarbeit: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Strategien zur Churn-Prevention und trägst aktiv zur Produktverbesserung bei.

Dein Profil

Du bist die perfekte Ergänzung für unser Team, wenn du:

  • Kommunikativ bist und gerne mit Menschen arbeitest.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein für deine Kunden zeigst und als deren Sprachrohr im Unternehmen agierst.
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Neukunden- oder Aftersales-Bereich mitbringst und deine Conversions steigern möchtest.
  • Technisches Verständnis besitzt und komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln kannst.
  • Strukturiert und organisiert arbeitest und auch bei größeren Projekten den Überblick behältst.
  • Englischkenntnisse besitzt, um auch internationale Kunden betreuen zu können.
  • Reisebereitschaft mitbringst und gerne unser Produkt auf Fachmessen, Veranstaltungen oder vor Ort bei unseren Key Accounts präsentierst.
