Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and systems.
  • Contribute to AI-focused solutions, such as centralized storage for language models.
  • Participate in a structured on-call rotation to ensure system stability.
  • Support the modernization and optimization of existing systems. The role involves working on both cutting-edge new developments (40%) and optimizing existing systems (50-60%).
  • Backend tasks are 80% to 20% frontend.
  • On-Call Responsibilities Team members participate in a structured on-call rotation (typically once every few weeks). Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving critical issues and ensuring uninterrupted system performance. The team prioritizes building robust systems to minimize the need for urgent intervention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java-based solutions.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
