Pour renforcer un département à forte valeur ajoutée, nous recherchons un(e) Mécanicien\-Régleur CNC capable de faire la différence sur le terrain grâce à son expertise technique et son autonomie.

Mécanicien\-Régleur (H/F)

* CFC de Polymécanicien, Micromécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente * Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en réglage et programmation CNC * Maîtrise des commandes numériques (Fanuc, Siemens, Alphacam ou équivalent) * Excellentes connaissances en lecture de plans, métrologie et usinage de précision * Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques * Personne autonome, rigoureuse et orientée résultats Ce qui vous attend

- Réaliser les mises en train complètes sur machines CNC - Programmer, régler et optimiser les process de fabrication - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les écarts de production - Valider les premières pièces et assurer le suivi des séries - Optimiser les temps de cycle et la performance industrielle - Accompagner et former les opérateurs sur les bonnes pratiques - Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue jpidde0f141jm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
