Ces compétences répondent aux exigences de nos clients aussi bien au niveau technique qu’esthétique.

Afin de renforcer notre Département « Saphir », nous recherchons un:

Mécanicien\-Régleur (H/F) ===========================

Missions :

  • Assurer le réglage, la programmation et l’optimisation des machines de production, en prenant en charge des réglages complexes et des mises en train complètes, afin de garantir la fabrication de pièces conformes aux standards de qualité.
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des procédés.

Responsabilités :

  • Réaliser les mises en train complètes des machines CNC (préparation, paramétrage, etc.) ;
  • Assurer le stockage des programmes CN utilisées (original master) ;
  • Prendre en charge le choix, l’affûtage, la fabrication et le changement des outils, en assurant leur adaptation optimale au process ;
  • Effectuer les corrections nécessaires en garantissant le respect des standards ;
  • Assurer la disponibilité de l’analyse SPC ;
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les dérives ou non\-conformités ;
  • Valider les premières pièces et garantir le suivi technique des séries ;
  • Optimiser les paramètres et process de production ;
  • Former et accompagner les opérateurs\-régleurs et opérateurs de production ;
  • Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue (réduction temps de cycle, optimisation qualité) ;
  • Veiller à la maintenance de premier niveau des machines et au respect des consignes de sécurité.
  • Garantir la disponibilité des consommables pour la production (Outil, posage, etc.)

Horaires de travail : 2x8 /3x8

Profil :

  • CFC de Polymécanicien ou de Micromécanicien ;
  • Expérience confirmée e minimum 3 ans en réglage et programmation CNC dans le secteur industriel ;
  • Formations continues spécialisées (p. ex. régleur 5 axes) serait un atout ;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de programmation CNC (Fanuc, Siemens, Alphacam, etc.) ;
  • Lecture de plans complexes, tolérances et métrologie avancée ;
  • Excellentes compétences en diagnostic technique et optimisation process ;
  • Rigueur, précision, sens des responsabilités ;
  • Esprit analytique et orienté solution ;
  • Autonomie technique avancée ;
  • Esprit d’équipe et pédagogie ;
  • Bonne résistance au stress.
