Okoboji Motor Company is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager to join our high-performing dealership team in Spirit Lake, Iowa.

You’ll join one of Northwest Iowa’s premier Chevrolet, Buick, and Toyota dealerships with a strong sales team, quality inventory, established lender relationships, and a loyal customer base.

What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the automotive financing process from credit application through contract completion
- Structure deals and secure financing approvals through banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
- Present F&I products clearly and professionally using a menu-based sales process
- Offer vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, tire and wheel protection, and other available protection products
- Review credit applications and identify appropriate financing solutions across a range of credit profiles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners
- Maximize F&I product penetration and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure contracts, disclosures, and other finance documents are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and applicable lender, manufacturer, state, and federal requirements
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle sale to finance
- Maintain organized deal documentation and help ensure contracts are funded promptly
- Deliver a transparent, professional customer experience that encourages repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive dealership F&I or finance experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell finance and insurance products in a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, retail installment contracts, compliance, and dealership operations
- Experience working with banks, credit unions, and automotive lending partners
- Experience with RouteOne, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership and lender systems is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliant, ethical selling
- Comfortable learning and working with dealership technology
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
