Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Controladoria Jurídica Jr. para integrar o nosso time de Controladoria Jurídica, apoiando as rotinas operacionais da área e contribuindo para a organização, segurança das informações e cumprimento dos prazos processuais.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar o controle de publicações, prazos, distribuição e acompanhamento de tarefas;
  • Auxiliar na atualização de informações processuais e na geração de relatórios periódicos;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de diligências e demais demandas operacionais da controladoria;
  • Realizar lançamentos, conferências e atualizações de informações no sistema ERP jurídico;
  • Manter organizados e atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais, incluindo contratos relacionados às ações do escritório;
  • Apoiar o Analista de Controladoria no acompanhamento das rotinas, controles e padrões internos do setor;
  • Atuar na interface entre o Comercial e a Controladoria Jurídica, garantindo o correto fluxo de informações e documentos;
  • Apoiar a conferência de dados e documentos, contribuindo para a precisão e segurança das informações;
  • Sinalizar pendências e inconsistências identificadas durante as rotinas da área.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Direito concluída;
  • Conhecimento básico de rotinas e processos jurídicos;
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas, controles e grande volume de informações.
