Bei Olmatic senken wir die Energiekosten von Industrieunternehmen. Unsere KI-Plattform visions steuert, prognostiziert und optimiert dort komplexe Energiesysteme.

Als Operations Engineer bringst du visions beim Kunden in Betrieb und sorgst dafür, dass sie dort zuverlässig läuft. Dafür nutzt du KI-Werkzeuge, Cloud und eigenen Code – und automatisierst jeden Schritt, der sich zweimal wiederholt. Dein Maßstab: die Zeit bis zum ersten Kundennutzen auf ein Minimum senken und den Nutzen danach maximieren.

  • Zuverlässiger Betrieb: Du sorgst dafür, dass die Automatisierungen und Datenflüsse von visions stabil laufen – du erkennst Störungen, steuerst den Wiederanlauf und behebst Ursachen dauerhaft.
  • Automatisierung & Skalierung: Du standardisierst Onboarding und Betrieb mit KI-Werkzeugen, Skripten und Automatisierung so, dass jeder weitere Kunde schneller produktiv wird.
  • Integration & Anbindung: Du analysierst Infrastruktur und Datenwege und setzt die Anbindung um – von Messdaten über Energiemanagement- und Steuerungssysteme bis zu Versorgerportalen und ERP, auch über mehrere Standorte hinweg koordiniert.
  • Betriebsbereitschaft: Du validierst Datenflüsse End-to-End, baust Monitoring und Alerting auf und bestätigst die technische Betriebsbereitschaft.
  • Technische Machbarkeit: Du prüfst die technischen Voraussetzungen beim Kunden schon im Vertrieb, bewertest die Machbarkeit und gibst Angebote technisch frei.
  • Feedback ins Engineering: Du bringst wiederkehrende Probleme als klare Anforderungen ins Engineering und begleitest sie bis zur Lösung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Elektro- oder Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Systemintegration, Schnittstellen oder technischem Betrieb.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Cloud-Umgebungen und Python/SQL. Du musst nicht alles kennen, aber schnell reinfinden.
  • Du nutzt KI-Werkzeuge ganz selbstverständlich, um schneller und sauberer zu arbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Kundenkontakt und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu Kundenterminen vor Ort in der DACH-Region.
  • Pluspunkte: Erfahrung mit industriellen Schnittstellen (z. B. Modbus), energiewirtschaftlicher Marktkommunikation, Incident-Management oder erste Führungserfahrung.
