Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional proactivo y especializado para unirse a nuestro equipo como Supervisor de Refrigeración en Durán, Guayas, Ecuador. En esta posición, te encargarás de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de refrigeración en nuestras instalaciones, asegurando la conservación óptima de nuestros productos en todo momento.

Como Supervisor de Refrigeración, deberás coordinar y supervisar al equipo de trabajo asignado, realizando la planificación de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de los sistemas de refrigeración, así como la identificación y solución eficiente de posibles fallas o averías. Además, serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la empresa en el manejo de los equipos de refrigeración.

Buscamos a un profesional con formación académica a nivel de Doctorado en Ingeniería (Graduado), con experiencia previa en posiciones similares en el sector de alimentos o industrias afines. Debes ser una persona comprometida, con capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, orientada a resultados y con habilidades de resolución de problemas.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

✅ Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Refrigeración o afines.

✅ Experiencia supervisando sistemas de refrigeración industrial.

✅ Conocimientos en sistemas de amoníaco y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

✅ Liderazgo, planificación y resolución de problemas.

✅ Disponibilidad para jornadas rotativas.
