OmaSp on vakavarainen ja kannattava suomalainen pankki, joka on nyt osa S-Pankki-konsernia. Rakennamme yhdessä tulevaisuuden pankkia molempien pankkien vahvuuksia ja osaamista hyödyntäen – hyppää mukaan tarinaamme!

Haemme Tampereen Lielahden sekä Tampereen keskustan konttoreillemme myynnin ja asiakastyön ammattilaisia rahoitusasiantuntijan tehtäviin. Tehtävässäsi työskentelet uusasiakashankinnan parissa ja vastaat henkilöasiakkaidemme, ja osaamisesi mukaisesti myös yritysasiakkaidemme, pankkiasioiden kokonaisvaltaisesta hoidosta ja ylläpidosta. Sinulle on tärkeää olla mukana mahdollistamassa asiakkaidemme vaurastumista ja unelmien toteuttamista erilaisilla säästämisen ja sijoittamisen sekä rahoituksen ratkaisuilla.

Tehtävät ovat vakituisia ja kokoaikaisia. Toivomme, että pääset aloittamaan mahdollisimman pian. Ilmoitathan hakemuksellasi, että oletko kiinnostunut työskentelemään Lielahden vai Tampereen keskustan konttorilla tai molemmissa.

  • Aiempaa työkokemusta finanssialalta. Arvostamme erityisesti kokemusta henkilö- ja yritysasiakkaiden rahoituksen parissa työskentelystä. Jos et kuitenkaan ole vielä rahoitusalan ammattilainen, toivomme sinulta näyttöjä menestyksekkäästä myyntityöstä.
  • Aktiivista, vastuullista ja tavoitteellista työotetta sekä vahvaa myyntihenkisyyttä.
  • Asiakaslähtöistä ajattelutapaa – haluat tarjota asiakkaillemme paikkakunnan henkilökohtaisinta palvelua.
  • Hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja verkostoitumistaitoja – sinulla on taito rakentaa pitkiä, luottamukseen perustuvia asiakassuhteita sekä toimit luontevasti osana tiimiä.
  • Taitoa työskennellä itsenäisesti ja hallita kokonaisuuksia.
  • Motivaatiota uuden oppimiseen ja itsesi kehittämiseen.
  • Sopivaa koulutustaustaa (esim. kaupallinen) ja sujuvaa suomen kielen osaamista.
