OmaSp on vakavarainen ja kannattava suomalainen pankki, joka on nyt osa S-Pankki-konsernia. Rakennamme yhdessä tulevaisuuden pankkia molempien pankkien vahvuuksia ja osaamista hyödyntäen – hyppää mukaan tarinaamme!

Haemme aktiivista ja asiakasvastuullista rahoituspäällikköä täydentämään Loimaan konttorimme tiimiä. Rahoituspäällikkönä vastaat omasta asiakassalkustasi ja työskentelet aktiivisesti uusasiakashankinnan parissa. Sinulle on tärkeää tuntea asiakkaasi ja haluat tukea heidän vaurastumistansa tarjoten heille kokonaisvaltaista pankkipalvelua. Pienen yksikön monipuolisessa roolissa pääset palvelemaan asiakkaita laaja-alaisesti myös esimerkiksi pääpalvelupisteen päivittäispalveluissa.

Tehtävä on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen. Toivomme, että voit aloittaa tehtävässä tilanteesi mukaisesti mahdollisimman pian.

  • Aiempaa kokemusta rahoituksen sekä säästämisen ja sijoittamisen parissa työskentelystä. Alan kokenut konkari sinun ei välttämättä kuitenkaan vielä tarvitse olla, sillä tehtävässä pääset kehittämään osaamistasi edelleen. Haethan siis rohkeasti tehtävään – meillä on mahdollisuus huomioida nykyinen kokemuksesi työtehtävien määrittämisessä.
  • Vahvaa oma-aloitteisuutta, aktiivisuutta ja paloa myyntityöhön – pääset rakentamaan omaa asiakassalkkuasi ja vastaat asiakkaiden taloudenhoidosta itsenäisesti.
  • Asiakaslähtöistä ajattelutapaa – haluat tarjota asiakkaillemme parasta mahdollista palvelua ja saat lisäpuhtia, kun saavutat myyntitavoitteet tai ylität asiakkaan odotukset.
  • Tiimihenkeä ja yhteistyötyötaitoja – olet valmis auttamaan ja tukemaan kollegoitasi sekä tarttumaan tarvittaessa erilaisiin tehtäviin yhteisten tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi.
  • Hyviä vuorovaikutus- ja verkostoitumistaitoja.
  • Motivaatiota uuden oppimiseen ja itsesi kehittämiseen.
  • Sopivaa koulutustaustaa (esim. kaupallinen) ja sujuvaa suomen kielen osaamista.
