Wen wir suchen:

  • Du führst unternehmensweite AI-Governance-Transformationen, die Kunden ermöglichen, AI mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, angemessenen Controls und nachhaltigem Geschäftswert zu skalieren.
  • Du agierst als Trusted Advisor für Executives, Boards sowie Legal-, Risk-, Security-, Data- und Technology-Leader zu Responsible AI, Regulierung, Operating Models und Implementierungsprioritäten.
  • Du verantwortest komplexe Projekte von Governance-Strategie und Maturity Assessment über Framework Design und technische Integration bis zu Rollout, Training und kontinuierlichem Monitoring.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Governance in reale AI-Delivery-Lifecycles, Plattformen, Procurement-Prozesse, Produkte und Nutzerworkflows integriert wird und nicht als isolierte Policy-Aufgabe behandelt wird.
  • Du unterstützt Teams dabei, Trade-offs zwischen Innovationsgeschwindigkeit, Risiko, Compliance, Transparenz, Security und operativer Praktikabilität zu lösen.
  • Du verantwortest Kundenergebnisse, Delivery-Qualität, wirtschaftliche Performance, Teamentwicklung und Beziehungen zu Senior Stakeholdern.
  • Du entwickelst OMMAX-Angebote, Thought Leadership, Partnerschaften und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in AI Governance und Responsible Enterprise AI.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast mehr als 8 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen AI Governance, Technologierisiken, Cybersicherheit, Data Governance, Model Risk, Datenschutz oder einem eng verwandten Feld – inklusive relevanter Führungserfahrung.
  • Du verstehst zentrale Risikodimensionen von KI, einschließlich Sicherheit, Datenschutz, Bias, Erklärbarkeit, Drittparteirisiken, Modelllebenszyklus-Kontrollen und menschlicher Aufsicht.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Governance-Richtlinien, Kontroll-Frameworks und Betriebsmodellen für Enterprise-KI-Umgebungen.
  • Du kannst strategische, regulatorische und technische Themen verbinden und komplexe Governance-Fragen in pragmatische Geschäftsentscheidungen übersetzen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar mit Stakeholdern aus Management, Legal, Technik und Operations und baust funktionsübergreifend Vertrauen auf.
  • Du bringst eine strukturierte, kommerziell geprägte und hands-on Arbeitsweise mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch.
