Wen wir suchen:

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alltägliche IT-Fragen und -Probleme in unserem Pariser Büro und unterstützt Kollegen freundlich, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du leistest First-Level-Support für Laptops, Peripheriegeräte, Drucker, Meetingraum-Technik, Konnektivität und gängige Softwareprobleme – unter anderem in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack und weiteren Business-Anwendungen.
  • Du unterstützt die Kollegen bei Kontozugriffen, Passwörtern, Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung und grundlegenden Anwendungsberechtigungen.
  • Du richtest Laptops, Accounts und Standardanwendungen für neue Kollegen ein und koordinierst Zugriffsänderungen sowie die Rückgabe von Geräten bei Rollenwechseln und Austritten.
  • Du behältst den Überblick über lokale IT-Geräte und Ausstattung und stellst sicher, dass das Pariser Büro gut vorbereitet und arbeitsfähig ist.
  • Du pflegst klare Hilfestellungen für wiederkehrende Fragen, dokumentierst Support-Anfragen und identifizierst pragmatische Lösungen für wiederkehrende Probleme.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem zentralen IT-Team und externen Support-Partnern zusammen, eskalierst komplexere Themen mit allen relevanten Informationen und unterstützt sicheres Arbeiten.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast erste Erfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, in der IT-Administration oder im technischen Kundensupport gesammelt – beispielsweise durch Praktika, Ausbildung oder relevante eigene Projekte.
  • Du hast ein praktisches Verständnis für die Fehleranalyse unter Windows und/oder macOS und fühlst dich im Support gängiger Workplace-Technologien sicher.
  • Du kennst Produktivitäts- und Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack oder vergleichbare Anwendungen.
  • Du gehst technische Probleme strukturiert und zuverlässig an und begleitest sie bis zur Lösung.
  • Du hilfst gerne anderen und kannst technische Themen auch nicht-technischen Kollegen verständlich und geduldig erklären.
  • Du arbeitest organisiert, sorgfältig und dokumentierst deine Arbeit zuverlässig.
  • Du sprichst fließend Französisch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, um mit unseren internationalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
