Wen wir suchen:

  • Du führst und managst komplexe MarTech- und E-Commerce-Transformationsprojekte von der Strategie bis zur Implementierung mit messbarem geschäftlichem Impact.
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst daten- und technologiegetriebene Marketing- und Commerce-Strategien, die KI, Automatisierung, Personalisierung und Digitalisierung nutzen.
  • Du konzipierst und orchestrierst integrierte MarTech- und E-Commerce-Architekturen (CRM, ERP, CDP, PIM, CMS, E-Commerce).
  • Du führst Technologie-Audits, Prozessanalysen und Data-Maturity-Assessments durch, um Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du übernimmst die strategische Verantwortung bei Pitches, Kundenterminen und Projektreviews, um wirkungsvolle, datengestützte digitale Lösungen zu gestalten.
  • Du erstellst und präsentierst Kundenberichte, Dashboards und datenbasierte Empfehlungen, die Marketing- und Commerce-Performance klar mit messbarem ROI verknüpfen.
  • Du arbeitest mit Stakeholdern aller Ebenen zusammen - einschließlich CMOs, CDOs und CIOs -, um Marketing-, Technologie- und Commerce-Strategien zu harmonisieren.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Budgets, Zeitpläne und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden, und treibst dabei einen starken Projekt-ROI und erfolgreiche E-Commerce-Transformation voran.
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsentwicklung, indem du neue Chancen in MarTech- und E-Commerce-Transformation identifizierst und verfolgst.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Expert:innen aus KI, Data Science, Digital Strategy und Technology zusammen, um ganzheitliche digitale Wachstumsprojekte zu realisieren.
  • Du förderst und befähigst Teammitglieder, ihre digitalen, analytischen und technologiefokussierten Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du hast einen exzellenten Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du bringst mindestens 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im MarTech-, E-Commerce- oder Digital-Transformation-Consulting mit, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Commerce-, PIM-, CRM- oder CDP-Systemen.
  • Du verfügst über tiefgehende Expertise in Marketing Automation, PIM- und E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Akeneo oder Shopify.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-basierten Tools, Datenplattformen und Personalisierungstechnologien zur Steigerung von Engagement und Conversion.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Datenintegration, Marketing-Analytics und kanalübergreifender Performance-Messung.
  • Du kombinierst starke analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Daten- und Technologie-Insights in strategischen Mehrwert zu übersetzen.
  • Du beherrschst Excel und PowerPoint sicher; Erfahrung mit Marketing-Analytics-Plattformen ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv, strukturiert und teamorientiert und bringst eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Technologie, KI, Daten und digitale Commerce-Innovation mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch; zusätzliche standortabhängige Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
