  • Du verantwortest Data-Science- und Applied-Machine-Learning-Workstreams von Problem Discovery und Experimentation bis zur produktiven Implementierung und messbarem Business Impact.
  • Du arbeitest direkt mit Kunden-Stakeholdern und Fachexperten zusammen, um unklare Geschäftsherausforderungen zu strukturieren, Erfolgskriterien zu definieren und den einfachsten wirksamen analytischen Ansatz zu identifizieren.
  • Du entwickelst, validierst und deployst Predictive-, Optimization-, Classification- und Advanced-Analytics-Lösungen mit robusten statistischen und Machine-Learning-Methoden.
  • Du entwickelst Evaluationsframeworks, die Modellperformance mit operativer Nutzbarkeit, Risiko, Kosten und Geschäftsergebnissen verknüpfen.
  • Du arbeitest mit Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Software-Teams und Nutzern zusammen, um Modelle in reale Workflows zu integrieren und auf Basis von Production Feedback weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du kommunizierst Annahmen, Limitationen, Trade-offs und Empfehlungen klar an technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder.
  • Du überführst Projekt-Learnings in wiederverwendbare analytische Assets, Methoden und Delivery-Standards und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Kollegen in ihrer Entwicklung.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem quantitativen Bereich wie Data Science, Informatik, Mathematik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften.
  • Du hast 2–6 Jahre Erfahrung in Data Science, Machine Learning oder Advanced Analytics, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Generative AI.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python und kennst ML- und LLM-Frameworks wie Scikit-learn, LangChain oder Hugging Face.
  • Du hast ein solides Verständnis von Machine-Learning-Methoden und Generative-AI-Anwendungsfällen.
  • Du kannst in einem kundenorientierten Umfeld arbeiten und komplexe Themen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch; zusätzliche standortabhängige Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
