Bei MetaFlow trägst du die volle Verantwortung für unsere IT-Landschaft – von Hardware über Google Workspace bis zum Tool-Stack. Kein fertiges System, das du nur pflegst, sondern eins, das du mitgestaltest.

Please note that a C1 level in German and living in Berlin is a prerequisite for this role. Wir können für diese Rolle leider keine Bewerbungen berücksichtigen, die nicht bereits in Berlin wohnhaft oder aktuell im Umzugsprozess nach Berlin sind.

Die Stelle

  • Du verantwortest die komplette Hardware-Administration – von der Bestellung, der Begleitung des Onboardings, Mitarbeiter Support bis zur sicheren Außerbetriebnahme
  • Du baust unser Account- und Rechtemanagement in der Google-Landschaft auf und sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Du führst ein effizientes Zugänge-Management-System ein, das Vergabe und Entzug von Berechtigungen einfach macht
  • Du verwaltest und pflegst unsere Unternehmenstools (u. a. Slack, Notion) inklusive Account-Setup und laufendem Monitoring
  • Du stellst sicher, dass verlorene oder gekündigte Geräte zuverlässig gesperrt werden können – Datensicherheit hat bei uns Priorität

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit*

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren IT-Admin-Rolle – idealerweise mit dem Aufbau von IT-Strukturen in einem Startup oder Scale-up "von null"
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Google Workspace Setup
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern siehst, was fehlt, und baust es
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Affinität zu KI-Tools und KI Setup
