Als Team Lead Supply & Quality übernimmst du bei uns die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Supply Chain und Qualitätsmanagement, von der Lieferantenauswahl bis zur Qualitätsfreigabe.

In dieser Rolle lebst du außerdem unternehmerischen Gestaltungsspielraum: Du leitest ein fünfköpfiges Team mit Fokus auf Demand Planung, Beschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement, QM-Management und Regulatory. Du gestaltest Tagesgeschäft und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Lieferanten- und Qualitätsnetzwerks aktiv mit. Du berichtest direkt an den COO.

Die Stelle

  • Operative Steuerung der täglichen Supply-Performance (Demand Planning, Beschaffung, Bestandssteuerung) und Quality-Performance (QM, Incidents, Audits) anhand von KPIs wie OOS, Lagerreichweite, Liefertreue und CAPA-Closure-Rate
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung inklusive monatlicher Feedbackgespräche sowie Weeklies
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung priorisierter CI-Maßnahmen über beide Teambereiche sowie Verbinden der Schnittstelle zwischen Beschaffung und Qualität
  • Ausarbeitung des Gesamtkonzepts für das Lieferanten- und Qualitätsnetzwerk (Beschaffungsstrategie, Lieferantenqualifizierung, QM-System, IFS-Zertifizierung, Regulatory Governance); in operativer Kooperation mit Lead Buyer & Quality Manager
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting der Team-Performance an Head of Operations sowie Kommunikation relevanter Themen mit proaktiven Lösungsvorschlägen

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit*

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Supply Chain Management (Demand Planning, 3P Manufacturing, Produktionsplanung) und hast Erfahrungen oder Einblicke in Qualitätsmanagement/Regulatory Affairs, idealerweise im FMCG- oder Lebensmittel Umfeld gesammelt
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Lieferanten-Netzwerken
  • Tiefes Prozessverständnis der Value Chain und Fähigkeit sich in bereichsnahe Themen schnell reinzudenken und zu koordinieren
  • Kompetenz in KPI basierter Steuerung und Performance Monitoring
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise funktionsübergreifend gepaart mit starkem Analytik-Denken und Kommunikationsbewusstsein
  • Deutsch mindestens auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift, Englisch mindestens B1/B2
