Ondaro is an Elite ServiceNow Partner. We help organizations transform how they work through ServiceNow strategy, implementation, and ongoing support. Our team members, who we call Tritons, deliver this work for clients around the world.

As our Corporate Counsel, you will report directly to our CEO and lead Ondaro’s Legal and Contracts function. You will be the first call for legal advice across our leadership team, and you will lead our contracts team.

You will help us grow with confidence by giving clear, practical advice that weighs legal risk against business goals. This role fits a lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to lead and wants to shape the legal function at a growing global company.

What you will do

  • Advise the CEO and leadership team on commercial, employment, privacy, intellectual property, and corporate matters
  • Lead the contracts team
  • Review and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subcontracting, and partner agreements
  • Own our contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation positions
  • Partner with our People team on employment matters across the countries where we operate
  • Guide data privacy compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD
  • Manage corporate governance, entity filings, and board materials
  • Select and manage outside counsel and legal spend
  • Resolve contract disputes, claims, amendments, and terminations
  • Train Sales, Delivery, and leaders on contract terms and legal risk

What you'll bring to the table

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar
  • 3 to 5 years of legal experience at a law firm, in house, or both, focused on commercial, technology, or employment law
  • Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software or IT services agreements
  • Working knowledge of employment law, data privacy, and intellectual property
  • Clear, practical communication that helps nonlawyers make decisions with confidence

Nice to have

  • Experience in professional services, IT services, or SaaS
  • ServiceNow ecosystem experience
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and public sector contracting
  • Experience supporting a global organization
  • CCCM or CIPP/US certification

Note: Base salary range is $115,000 - $175,000 USD This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
