We are looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator to own our HubSpot platform and make it a true engine for growth. You will shape how our sales and marketing teams work, give leaders data they trust, and build automation that frees people to focus on clients. You will have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and room to set the standard.

What you'll be doing

  • Own our HubSpot portal end to end: users, permissions, pipelines, properties, and standards.
  • Build workflows, lead routing, and scoring that move leads and deals forward without manual work.
  • Create dashboards and reports that leaders use to run the business.
  • Lead data quality programs and keep our CRM clean, complete, and reliable.
  • Manage integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and other tools in our stack.
  • Train and support Tritons so they get the most out of HubSpot.

What you'll bring to the table

  • 5+ years of hands on HubSpot administration at Professional or Enterprise tier.
  • Deep experience with pipelines, workflows, reporting, and CRM data models.
  • A track record of improving data quality and adoption in a B2B setting.
  • Professional fluency in English, plus the ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
  • Bonus points for HubSpot certifications, API or integration experience, ServiceNow exposure, and Spanish or Portuguese.
