Job Summary

Support project execution and client engagement by managing presentations, assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and ensuring quality delivery of flooring product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and deliver product presentations to clients to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Manage project activities to ensure timely and quality project completion aligned with client expectations
  • Assess client requirements to recommend cost-effective flooring solutions that meet their needs
  • Support the team manager in coordinating project tasks and client communications
  • Prepare contract proposals and tender documents to facilitate project approvals and procurement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 1 year or more of relevant experience preferred to contribute effectively to project and client management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare presentations and documents
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project deliverables
  • Exhibit teamwork and a strong work ethic to support collaborative project success
  • Maintain a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client and team relationships
