Een enthousiaste en gedreven Business Development Executive die nieuwe commerciële kansen weet te creëren en te verzilveren vanuit onze locatie in Apeldoorn.

FUNCTIE Als Business Development Executive ligt jouw focus op het actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen de luchtvracht-sector. Je identificeert kansen in de markt, benadert potentiële klanten en weet deze om te zetten in langdurige commerciële relaties. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met (koude) acquisitie, het plannen en voeren van gesprekken met potentiële klanten en het sluiten van nieuwe deals. Daarnaast bouw je continu aan je netwerk, genereer je nieuwe leads en zorg je voor heldere periodieke rapportages over jouw commerciële activiteiten en resultaten. Je werkt doelgericht en bent gewend om met targets te werken. Met jouw commerciële drive, vasthoudendheid en energie weet je nieuwe kansen te creëren en succesvol te benutten. Dankzij jouw kennis van airfreight en express processen ben je in staat klanten optimaal te adviseren en commerciële kansen effectief te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.

What You Bring:

OVER JOU

Wij zoeken een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte professional met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare commerciële functie binnen forwarding, logistiek of luchtvracht.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Commerciële Economie
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (waaronder PowerPoint)
  • Toegepaste kennis van douanezaken (import & export) Inzicht in tariefopbouw en prijsstructuren binnen luchtvracht
  • Actuele kennis van marktontwikkelingen en tarieven in de luchtvrachtsector
  • Ervaring met KPI-sturing, sales accountmanagement en commerciële processen

Je bent commercieel sterk, proactief en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en gedreven om duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen en commerciële successen te realiseren.
