Buscamos um(a) Gestor(a) de Clínica com perfil proativo, organizado, comunicativo e orientado a resultados para atuar na gestão administrativa e operacional de uma clínica.

O profissional será responsável por acompanhar os processos internos, organizar rotinas administrativas e financeiras, contribuir para o desenvolvimento da equipe e garantir o bom funcionamento da operação. Procuramos alguém com iniciativa, capacidade de resolução de problemas e facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas, mantendo uma postura profissional, respeitosa e colaborativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão administrativa e financeira

Realizar o controle semanal de contas a pagar e a receber. Acompanhar o fechamento dos caixas. Emitir notas fiscais e encaminhá-las aos clientes. Gerar ordens de serviço referentes aos procedimentos realizados. Organizar e encaminhar documentos à contabilidade. Realizar o planejamento semanal de compras e acompanhar os estoques de materiais, produtos de limpeza e itens da copa. Solicitar orçamentos e acompanhar serviços de manutenção de aparelhos e equipamentos.

Gestão de pessoas

Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção. Realizar processos de admissão de colaboradores. Acompanhar e conferir informações para o fechamento da folha de pagamento. Controlar o ponto, o banco de horas e o sistema de registro de jornada. Monitorar a realização de exames ocupacionais periódicos (ASOs). Realizar pesquisas semestrais de clima organizacional. Desenvolver ações de endomarketing e contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho positivo.

Gestão operacional da clínica

Definir e acompanhar metas trimestrais. Atualizar valores dos procedimentos conforme as diretrizes da clínica. Emitir e controlar os Manifestos de Transporte de Resíduos (MTR). Acompanhar as demandas operacionais e administrativas do dia a dia. Verificar necessidades relacionadas à vigilância sanitária e apoiar a organização dos processos de conformidade. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e buscar soluções para otimizar as rotinas da clínica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo, preferencialmente. Experiência mínima de 2 anos em gestão e liderança de equipes. Boa comunicação, educação e postura profissional. Proatividade, iniciativa e capacidade de resolução de problemas. Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes. Respeito no relacionamento com colegas e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Capacidade de acompanhar processos, organizar prioridades e tomar decisões no dia a dia.

Diferenciais:

Experiência prévia em clínicas médicas. Vivência em dermatologia, estética ou mercado premium. Pós-graduação em Gestão de Pessoas, Gestão Empresarial ou Gestão em Saúde.Informações adicionaisLocal: Jatiúca, Maceió - AL
