Estamos em busca de um(a) Gestor(a) Geral para liderar a operação da clínica, garantindo excelência na gestão administrativa, financeira, comercial e de pessoas. Buscamos um profissional com perfil estratégico, forte capacidade de liderança e visão de negócio, que tenha experiência na gestão de clínicas e seja capaz de estruturar processos, desenvolver equipes e impulsionar os resultados da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação da clínica, coordenando os processos administrativos, financeiros, comerciais e operacionais, garantindo eficiência e qualidade no dia a dia.Desenvolver e acompanhar o planejamento estratégico, estabelecendo metas e monitorando indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e OKRs), custos e resultados.Liderar e desenvolver a equipe, conduzindo processos de recrutamento, seleção, treinamento, avaliação de desempenho e reuniões periódicas.Supervisionar o fluxo de atendimento, a agenda médica, a ocupação das salas e a comunicação via WhatsApp, garantindo uma experiência de excelência aos pacientes.Administrar o fluxo financeiro, orçamento, estoque, fornecedores e demandas de manutenção, evitando desperdícios e assegurando o bom funcionamento da clínica.Estruturar e otimizar processos e procedimentos operacionais (POPs), promovendo produtividade, organização e melhoria contínua.Atuar como elo entre a direção médica e as equipes, fortalecendo a cultura organizacional e o alinhamento aos objetivos do negócio.Desenvolver estratégias de fidelização e satisfação dos pacientes, acompanhando indicadores de qualidade e experiência, como NPS.Liderar estratégias comerciais, apoiando negociações e fechamentos de procedimentos de alto valor (high ticket).Garantir o cumprimento das normas de saúde, segurança e qualidade, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho organizado, produtivo e harmonioso.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência anterior em cargos de gestão;Vivência em gestão de pessoas, processos e indicadores;Conhecimento em gestão financeira e administrativa;Familiaridade com vendas consultivas e negociações de alto valor;Conhecimento em implementação e acompanhamento de KPIs e OKRs;Liderança e capacidade de tomada de decisão;Proatividade e foco em resultados;Perfil analítico e orientado a processos;Excelente relacionamento interpessoal.Organização e senso de prioridade.Informações adicionaisÁrea: Dermatologia
