Buscamos uma profissional de Social Media para acompanhar a rotina profissional de uma médica da área de Nutrologia e Saúde Integrativa, contribuindo para fortalecer seu posicionamento digital, sua imagem profissional e sua presença nas redes sociais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar presencialmente a rotina profissional da médica às segundas, quartas e sextas-feiras. Realizar a captação de fotos e vídeos durante a chegada à clínica, bastidores e demais momentos da rotina profissional, respeitando a privacidade dos pacientes. Planejar e organizar um cronograma de conteúdos para as redes sociais. Sugerir pautas, temas e formatos de vídeos relacionados à atuação profissional da médica em Nutrologia e Saúde Integrativa. Editar os vídeos gravados presencialmente e os materiais enviados pela médica. Criar conteúdos para stories, reels e outras publicações, conforme o planejamento estabelecido. Organizar legendas, cortes, recursos visuais e demais elementos necessários para a publicação dos conteúdos. Programar ou realizar as publicações nas redes sociais, conforme o fluxo de trabalho acordado. Manter uma rotina de produção consistente, alinhando prioridades e entregas diretamente com a médica. Acompanhar o desempenho dos conteúdos e sugerir melhorias para ampliar o alcance e fortalecer o posicionamento digital. Acompanhar eventualmente a médica em eventos, palestras e compromissos profissionais, mediante alinhamento prévio. Zelar pela imagem profissional da médica, respeitando a confidencialidade, as autorizações de uso de imagem e as normas aplicáveis à publicidade médica.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com produção de conteúdo para redes sociais. Conhecimento em edição de vídeos para formatos como reels e stories. Familiaridade com Instagram e ferramentas de edição de conteúdo. Boa comunicação, criatividade e senso estético. Organização para elaborar cronogramas, cumprir prazos e manter as publicações em dia. Proatividade para sugerir pautas e identificar oportunidades de conteúdo. Disponibilidade para atuação em locais esporádicos acompanhando a Dra; Responsabilidade, discrição e postura profissional para acompanhar a rotina de uma médica.

Será um diferencial

Experiência com médicos, clínicas, consultórios ou profissionais da área da saúde. Conhecimento em marketing médico, posicionamento profissional e construção de autoridade digital. Experiência com produção de vídeos espontâneos e conteúdos de bastidores. Habilidade para desenvolver roteiros, legendas e estratégias de conteúdo. Portfólio com exemplos de vídeos e conteúdos produzidos anteriormente.
