Estamos à procura de um(a) Social Media para integrar nossa equipe de Marketing. Se você é criativo(a), gosta de transformar ideias em conteúdos relevantes e tem visão estratégica para fortalecer marcas no ambiente digital, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Quais serão suas atividades:

  • Gestão de redes sociais: gerenciar os perfis da SmartEnvios no Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok e outros canais estratégicos;
  • Planejamento editorial: organizar, programar e executar o calendário mensal de publicações, utilizando ferramentas como mLabs;
  • Criação de conteúdo: desenvolver posts, carrosséis, stories, reels, vídeos institucionais e roteiros alinhados à identidade e ao posicionamento da marca;
  • Produção de materiais educativos: transformar informações sobre soluções logísticas, funcionalidades, integrações e diferenciais da plataforma em conteúdos claros e acessíveis;
  • Captação e edição de conteúdo: apoiar a produção de fotos e vídeos, registros de bastidores, eventos e ações internas, em parceria com o time de Marketing e outras áreas;
  • Estratégia e crescimento digital: propor ações para ampliar o alcance, o engajamento, a audiência qualificada e a autoridade da SmartEnvios no setor logístico;
  • Apoio a campanhas: desenvolver conteúdos para lançamentos de produtos, funcionalidades, transportadoras e integrações, considerando diferentes etapas da jornada do cliente;
  • Relacionamento com a comunidade: acompanhar comentários, mensagens e interações, direcionando demandas às equipes responsáveis e identificando oportunidades de conteúdo;
  • Análise de resultados: monitorar indicadores como alcance, impressões, engajamento, seguidores, visualizações, cliques e geração de leads, elaborando relatórios com aprendizados e sugestões de melhoria;
  • Pesquisa de mercado: acompanhar tendências, concorrentes e referências para identificar oportunidades de comunicação e geração de negócios.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com gestão de redes sociais de marcas ou empresas;
  • Boa escrita, criatividade e comunicação;
  • Vivência com planejamento editorial, publicação e produção de conteúdo para Instagram, LinkedIn e TikTok;
  • Conhecimento em Canva, CapCut, mLabs e Meta Business Suite;
  • Noções de edição de vídeos curtos;
  • Capacidade de interpretar indicadores, organizar demandas e trabalhar em equipe;
  • Interesse por tecnologia, marketing digital e inovação.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência com marketing B2B, SaaS, logística ou e-commerce;
  • Conhecimento em RD Station, geração de leads, copywriting e storytelling;
  • Noções de Meta Ads, Google Ads e campanhas integradas com a área comercial;
  • Experiência com gravação e edição de reels, cobertura de eventos e ferramentas de inteligência artificial para produção de conteúdo.
