Voor een grote logistieke speler in het Antwerpse gaan wij op zoek naar een gedreven Learning & Development Officer. Je zal een cruciale rol spelen in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van trainingsprogramma’s en loopbaanontwikkelingstrajecten. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers, zodat zij hun volledige potentieel kunnen benutten en optimaal kunnen bijdragen aan het succes van het bedrijf. Verder behoren volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategisch en duurzaam leerbeleid, in nauwe samenwerking met de afdelingshoofden en het management
  • Analyseren van de leerbehoeften en vertalen in concrete actiepunten
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van individuele- en groepsopleidingen op diverse gebieden
  • Ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal, zoals cursussen en e-learningmodules
  • Beheren en bewaken van het trainingsbudget
  • Implementeren en beheren van een Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Onboarding en opvolging van nieuwe HR medewerkers

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je behaalde een Master diploma in HR, bedrijfskunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische skills
  • Je bent een goede communicator, handelt proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht
