Jobinhoud:

Als Senior Accounts Payable Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de leveranciersboekhouding en waak je over een correcte en tijdige verwerking van facturen en betalingen. Je ondersteunt je collega's bij complexe dossiers en draag je actief bij aan procesverbeteringen en automatisering.

Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van prioriteiten en deadlines binnen het AP-team
  • Controleren van een correcte verwerking van leveranciersfacturen, creditnota's, onkostennota's en betalingen
  • Opvolgen en oplossen van openstaande posten, geblokkeerde facturen en boekhoudkundige afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van wekelijkse betalingsruns en cashrequests voor verschillende entiteiten
  • Ondersteunen van maand- en jaarafsluitingen en voorbereiden van audits
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor complexe boekhoudkundige vraagstukken en betalingsprocessen
  • Begeleiden en opleiden van collega's en ondersteunen bij het documenteren van procedures
  • Bewaken van een correcte leveranciersregistratie en het beheer van masterdata
  • Ondersteunen bij het beheer van het onkostenplatform en de verwerking van declaraties
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties, automatisering en digitalisering van factuur- en goedkeuringsprocessen

Wie zoeken we:

  • Je beschikt over een relevante financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond
  • Je hebt een sterke ervaring binnen een financiële afdeling, bij voorkeur binnen Accounts Payable
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige processen en leveranciersadministratie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht onder tijdsdruk
  • Je bent analytisch, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en deelt graag jouw kennis met collega’s
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die initiatief neemt en actief meedenkt over verbeteringen
