Recruitment Specialist

Location: Onsite, Blanchardstown D.15

Introduction

We are seeking a driven and highly organised Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team, specialising in outsourced and high-volume recruitment projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships while managing multiple roles across a variety of industries.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for clients, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience from sourcing through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across high-volume and outsourced hiring projects
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of positions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key sectors
  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while working to tight deadlines and KPIs
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding processes
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding hiring needs and business requirements
  • Create and manage targeted job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM system
  • Provide regular market updates and recruitment insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support recruitment events, open days, and hiring campaigns where required

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
  • Ability to work towards targets and recruitment KPIs
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong administration and CRM/database management skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and use initiative
