Sales Agent

Bluebell, Dublin 12 | On-site

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Agents to join a busy sales team based in Bluebell, Dublin 12.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in telesales, contact centre, telecoms, retail or customer-facing sales who enjoys working towards targets and wants strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with existing and prospective members to identify sales opportunities.

· Manage both existing customer and new acquisition opportunities.

· Work towards individual and team sales targets.

· Provide excellent customer service and clearly communicate available products and offers.

· Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

Skills & Experience

· Previous sales experience, ideally within telecoms, telesales, contact centre or retail.

· Confident and comfortable working towards sales targets.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive, motivated and results-focused approach.

· Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

· Team-focused with a willingness to learn and develop.

Salary & Commission

· €29,000 basic salary.

· Increase after Year 1

· Uncapped commission, paid fortnightly.

· Average commission of approximately €500 per fortnight.

· 6-week ramp-up period before moving to full sales targets.
