Estamos em busca de um profissional pleno para atuar como desenvolvedor full stack, uma oportunidade ideal para quem deseja iniciar sua carreira no mercado financeiro. Sua missão será garantir o ciclo de vida completo das soluções tecnológicas da One Investimentos, desde a concepção até a sustentação.

Responsabilidades:

Desenvolver soluções de ponta a ponta: Projetar, desenvolver e testar aplicações robustas, atuando tanto no back-end quanto no front-end, e garantindo a implantação contínua (CI/CD) e o monitoramento em produção.

Construir sistemas escaláveis: Criar arquiteturas e desenvolver sistemas que sejam escaláveis, resilientes e seguros para acompanhar o crescimento do negócio.

Colaborar estrategicamente: Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio e produto para entender desafios e propor soluções tecnológicas de alto impacto.

Promover a excelência técnica: Implementar e disseminar as melhores práticas de código limpo, testes automatizados (TDD/BDD) e documentação.

Multiplicar conhecimento: Contribuir ativamente para a evolução técnica do time, compartilhando conhecimentos e mentorando outros desenvolvedores.

Requisitos principais:

Experiência Comprovada: Sólida experiência (4+ anos) no desenvolvimento de ponta a ponta de aplicações complexas e robustas.

Domínio em Back-end: Proficiência em Node.js e seus frameworks modernos (ex: NestJS, Fastify, Express) para a construção de APIs performáticas.

Domínio em Front-End: Experiência avançada com React e seu ecossistema (ex: Next.js, Vite), construindo interfaces otimizadas.

Bancos de Dados Relacionais: Profundo conhecimento em PostgreSQL, incluindo modelagem de dados, otimização de queries e manutenção.

Mentalidade de Dono (Ownership): Experiência prática com o ciclo de vida completo do software, incluindo automação de CI/CD (ex: GitHub Actions) e estratégias de deploy.

Experiência em Nuvem: Vivência no desenvolvimento e sustentação de aplicações em ambientes de nuvem (AWS e afins).

Cultura de Qualidade e Testes: Conhecimento profundo em metodologias de teste (TDD, BDD) e habilidade para escrever código limpo, organizado e bem documentado. (Vitest, Jest, Playwright, etc.)

Colaboração e Comunicação: Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação para trabalhar de forma eficaz em um ambiente ágil e colaborativo.

Versionamento: Domínio de Git e fluxos de trabalho como Git Flow.

Diferenciais:

Experiência em desenvolvimento com agentes inteligentes (Claude Code, Cursor).

Conhecimento em Python aplicado a dados ou automação.

Conhecimento sobre práticas de observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana e etc)

Experiência no setor financeiro (Fintechs, bancos, corretoras).

Experiência com infraestrutura como código (IaC).

Portfólio com projetos ou contribuições em comunidades open-source.
