Posição: Trader - Mesa de Operações

O que buscamos:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Trader com perfil comercial, estratégico e orientado a resultados para atuar em nossa mesa de operações. O profissional terá papel ativo na sugestão e operacionalização de alocações de renda variável, relacionamento com clientes e suporte técnico sobre cenário macroeconômico, ações, fundos imobiliários, derivativos e operações estruturadas.

Se você gosta de acompanhar o cenário macroeconômico, gosta de discutir estratégias de alocações de renda variável e quer atuar diretamente na geração de valor para clientes sofisticados, essa vaga é para você.

Responsabilidades:

Participar de reuniões com clientes e prospects para apresentar sobre cenário econômico e sugerir alocações;

Vender e executar operações com ações, fundos imobiliários, derivativos e produtos estruturados;

Explicar o funcionamento e os riscos das alocações sugeridas, traduzindo linguagem técnica de forma clara;

Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe de assessoria e apoiar a tomada de decisão dos clientes;

Participar de reuniões de prospecção e engajamento com foco em clientes de perfil mais qualificado e sofisticado;

Contribuir com ideias e estruturação de novas estratégias da mesa.

Requisitos principais:

Certificação ANCORD (AAI) ativa;

Habilidades comerciais ou de comunicação;

Perfil comercial, proativo, com boa leitura de mercado e pensamento rápido;

Excel intermediário/avançado.

Diferenciais:

Experiência anterior como trader, operador de renda variável ou similares;

Familiaridade com plataformas como Bloomberg, Profit, Tryd ou similares;

Domínio técnico de derivativos e produtos de proteção ou alavancagem.
