Senior HR Business Partner För vår kunds räkning söker vi nu en erfaren Senior HR Business Partner som vill ta en central roll i att stötta verksamhetens chefer och ledare i både strategiska och operativa HR-frågor. Här får du möjlighet att verka i en komplex och internationell miljö där HR är en viktig del av verksamhetens utveckling och förändringsresa. Om tjänsten Som Senior HR Business Partner är du en strategisk och operativ partner till verksamheten med ansvar för att driva och utveckla HR-arbetet inom dina tilldelade områden. Du arbetar nära chefer och ledare och fungerar som ett kvalificerat stöd i frågor som rör arbetsrätt, medarbetarrelationer, organisationsutveckling och förändringsledning. Rollen innebär ett brett HR-ansvar där du både hanterar dagliga personalfrågor och bidrar i långsiktiga utvecklingsinitiativ. Du stöttar verksamheten genom förändringsprocesser, omorganisationer och kompetensförsörjningsfrågor samtidigt som du säkerställer att HR-processer, policys och arbetssätt stödjer verksamhetens mål. Några av dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är att: Stötta och coacha chefer i ledarskaps-, personal- och organisationsfrågor Hantera komplexa arbetsrättsliga ärenden och medarbetarrelationer Delta i fackliga förhandlingar och samverkansprocesser Bidra vid organisationsförändringar och förändringsinitiativ Arbeta med kompetensförsörjning, talent management och successionsplanering Säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsrätt, kollektivavtal och interna riktlinjer Delta i och driva verksamhetens årliga HR-processer

Analysera HR-relaterad data och omsätta insikter till verksamhetsnära rekommendationer

Din profil Vi söker dig som är en erfaren HR Business Partner med stark affärsförståelse och gedigen kompetens inom arbetsrätt och employee relations. Du är van att arbeta nära verksamhetens ledare och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera strategiskt tänkande med operativt genomförande. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har: Akademisk examen inom HR, personalvetare, juridik, företagsekonomi eller motsvarande område Minst 7-10 års erfarenhet av kvalificerat HR-arbete Flerårig erfarenhet som HR Business Partner i en större eller komplex organisation Mycket god kunskap inom svensk arbetsrätt och kollektivavtal Erfarenhet av att hantera arbetsrättsliga frågor, personalärenden och fackliga relationer Erfarenhet av att stötta och coacha chefer på olika nivåer i organisationen Dokumenterad erfarenhet av förändringsledning och organisationsutveckling God analytisk förmåga och vana att använda data som underlag för beslut Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Du bygger naturligt förtroende hos chefer och medarbetare, kommunicerar tydligt och har förmågan att påverka och skapa engagemang i organisationen. Du arbetar självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsorienterat samt känner dig bekväm med att hantera komplexa och ibland känsliga personalfrågor.
