The posting

Senior Business Systems Analyst, Content Supply Chain & AI (Pharma Commercial)

Location: Hybrid, San Francisco Bay Area Type: Contract, project-based Industry: Pharma / Life Sciences

About the role Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a senior BSA to support its commercial content platforms and the move toward AI-assisted content production. You’ll sit between the business, external system integrators, and AI/ML developers, turning business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

What you’ll do

- Own functional requirements for the content supply chain: modular content, derivative and de novo content creation, assembly, and composition workflows

- Act as the first point of contact for product questions, feature requests, and troubleshooting

- Coordinate delivery with system integrators and make sure builds match functional designs and user stories

- Track milestones, delivery risks, and cross-workstream dependencies through to release

- Support implementation and enhancement of Adobe Express, Creative Cloud, and content assembly platforms

- Document how AI agents source data from workflow tools, generate draft content, pull metadata from DAM, and pass content to downstream systems via API

- Work with AI/ML developers to define how the orchestration layer connects to existing and legacy systems

- Recommend scalable, governed content processes and operating models

What we’re looking for

- Experience in business or systems analysis on enterprise marketing content platforms, ideally in pharma or another regulated environment

- Working knowledge of the Adobe content stack (Workfront, Experience Manager/Assets, Express, Firefly) and/or Veeva Vault PromoMats

- Understanding of how marketing content moves through an enterprise tech stack (workflow tools, DAM, production and journey tools such as AJO)

- Comfort with API-based integrations and enterprise architecture

- Exposure to generative AI in content workflows, including guardrails and compliance

- Track record of working with external vendors and delivery teams

Compensation: Competitive, to be discussed individually.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
