1. 负责游戏项目中角色及相关道具的制作落地，包括模型、贴图材质及最终效果调试，保证资源品质符合项目需求； 2. 根据项目美术风格要求，输出高质量角色资产，持续优化角色在游戏内的最终表现； 3. 负责角色制作标准的整理与把控，推动团队在品质、效率和流程上的持续优化； 与原画、策划、动画、技术美术等同事保持顺畅沟通，推动资源按时、高质量交付; 4. 负责团队日常任务分配、进度跟进和质量审核，帮助团队成员提升专业能力； 能主动发现制作和协作中的问题，并推动解决，保证项目稳定推进。

1. 3年以上3D角色制作经验，有完整项目经验，能够独立完成高品质角色制作； 2. 熟悉3D角色制作全流程，具备扎实的模型、材质贴图、布线及UV处理能力； 3. 熟悉NPR、PBR等常见美术工作流，能够根据项目风格灵活调整制作思路； 4. 有较强的造型能力和审美能力，对人体结构、服装、细节表现有较好的理解； 5. 有二次元审美，做过高品质二次元角色，或有相关风格项目经验者优先； 6. 具备一定带人或带项目经验，能做任务拆分、进度管理和质量把控； 7. 沟通顺畅，责任心强，有自驱力，能和团队高效配合。 加分项 1. 有二次元、卡通渲染或风格化项目经验； 2. 有团队管理经验，带过小组或负责过模块推进； 3. 对角色在引擎内效果表现有较强把控能力； 4. 有较好的审美输出能力，能对角色品质提出明确优化建议。
