The posting

1.根据原画及策划案，以匹配项目的美术风格以及各项制作规范，能够独立制作并完善完整的关卡场景 ；

2.调整及优化物件在关卡中的效果，能够对总体氛围进行把控；

3.对游戏场景进行打光，优化参数设置等；

4.根据游戏开发进程，能够敏锐的对场景及游戏资源进行调整；

5.熟悉理解整体性能开销以及优化环节；

6.理解材质球效果以及提出需求（与TA联动）。

1.专科及以上学历，美术相关专业出身（游戏设计、影视动画等），有丰富的想象力与优秀的美术鉴赏能力，对色感和光感有一定的敏感度 (重要)，对于提升美术效果有执着的追求，具备较强的美术创新能力；

2.从业经验5年以上且有3年以上地编经验；

3.具有一定的设计能力，能适时根据原画补强进行二次创作；

4.熟练使用World creator/World Machine/Gaia等软件生成地形和编辑；

5.熟练使用Unity引擎进行地编工作（灯光、烘焙规划等，会unreal4/houdini加分）；

6.具有良好的手绘能力，熟悉PBR材质流程，有模型制作经验者优先；

7.能够对项目进程中遇到的问题，提出解决方案，对TA和程序能够有实质建议；

8.有良好的沟通能力（重要），乐于帮助他人，对品质有较高的追求，有较强的学习能力。

加分项

1.对植物制作speedtree等有项目经验；

2.熟悉Substance Designer （加分）；

3.参与过二次元品类研发项目优先 ；

4.喜欢日系JRPG游戏，并有深刻见解者优先（如蓝色协议，破晓传说，碧蓝幻想Relink等)；

5.有一定原画设计及细节补全能力者优先；

6.有做个人作品习惯和喜欢不断提升自我者优先。
