1、统筹二次元游戏在英语地区的社区运营工作，包括但不限于内容策划、文案创作、素材创意执行、活动策划与落地跟进等。 2、深度挖掘英语地区游戏及ACG相关热点话题，结合产品世界观与核心卖点进行创意延展，产出具备传播性与话题度的社区内容。 3、根据产品不同生命周期阶段（预约期 / 上线期 / 版本更新期等），结合产品调性与核心玩法，制定内容规划与活动排期策略，并推进素材产出与上线执行。 4、理解UGC与创作者生态运作逻辑，能够策划相应激励活动，促进创作者产出优质内容，提升社区活跃度与内容供给质量。 5、监控社区关键指标（互动率、内容表现、活跃度等），跟进舆情动态，进行分类整理与阶段性复盘，定期输出数据分析报告及优化建议。

1、3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉英语地区游戏市场及用户特征，对该地区玩家文化有清晰认知与判断力。 2、优秀的英文语言能力，英语专业者或有英语地区留学经验者优先。 3、具备敏锐的内容嗅觉，关注游戏行业趋势与平台热点话题，了解不同平台内容分发逻辑，熟悉海外主流内容型平台（如Facebook、YouTube、X、Discord、Tiktok等）的运营机制。 4、资深游戏玩家，对二次元文化生态有深入理解，有碧蓝航线经验者优先。 5、对游戏宣发素材具有一定审美判断与内容表达能力，能够提出明确优化建议。
