1. 美术相关本科及以上学历，5年以上影视动画或游戏剧情动画分镜经验，需提供作品集。 2. 具备扎实的动画分镜设计技能，能够根据需求设计游戏中的各种演出分镜。 3. 熟悉动画节奏，分镜语言，叙事节奏，以及2、3D动画制作流程。熟悉unity3D引擎。 4. 具有较强的创意和创新能力，能够把控多种视觉风格；对二次元文化和内容有较深入的了解和研究。有二次元产品经验更佳。 5. 有团队管理和供应商反馈经验，具备优秀的沟通协调、进度把控与问题解决能力。 6. 具有较强的沟通表达能力、责任心、自驱力和学习能力，能与文案、特效、场景、动画等相关环节人员等进行有效的沟通，理解需求并能够将自己的创意和构思准确地传达给其他人。
