1.负责游戏的剧情过场动画，任务流程演出，宣传PV等高视觉表现需求的导演工作； 2.参与前期美术风格与创意方案设计，整合团队资源，制定周期计划，确保方案落地可行性； 3.和相关策划共同推进整体任务演出流程，把控完整任务流程的演出质量。 4.把控动画整体艺术风格和视觉效果,推进PV、剧情动画等制作全流程,对场景、动画、特效、灯光、音乐音效等各生产环节给予指导反馈。

职位要求 : 1.5年以上影视导演或游戏导演经验,有剧本和分镜创作经验，有成功主导过两款以上完整游戏项目优先； 2. 具备较强的审美,精通动画原理，深谙视听语言 , 对角色表演、镜头应用、光影色彩等方面有深刻理解； 3. 对游戏研发、影视动画流程和故事设计有一定了解,掌握主流剪辑软件操作技能； 4. 具备良好的表达沟通能力和团队协作能力;有效推动团队工作； 5. 擅长角色塑造，对二次元文化和内容有较深入的了解和研究,能做出符合二次元圈层喜好的产品。
