岗位职责： 1.负责Unity或UE引擎中的灯光设计，渲染以及画面合成工作，确保视觉效果与游戏整体风格统一且符合二次元美术需求。 2.运用影视级灯光技巧实现高质量的画面效果，优化游戏内的动态光影，平衡艺术表现，提高画面和灯光的品质。 3.调整和优化灯光和合成流程，提高效率并确保项目质量和进度。 4.能够灵活的解决引擎灯光渲染和合成过程中出现的技术挑战。 5.维护和更新灯光合成的流程文档，分享最佳实践。

任职要求： 1.拥有3年以上的专业灯光渲染和合成经验，有游戏或动画电影工作背景。 2.对引擎渲染技术有扎实的功底和理解，精通至少一个游戏引擎的渲染技术（Unity,UE). 3.精通NUKE或AE,对NUKE分层合成有足够的经验，对NUKE的三维制作有一定的了解，对DCC（Maya)有一定的了解 4.具备优秀的艺术感和动态视觉叙事的理解。 5.能够独立解决问题，同时具备出色的团队合作能力。 6.具备良好的周期概念，能够在紧迫的截止日期内完成任务。 7.良好的沟通技巧，能够清晰的表达出技术和创意想法。 8.二次元游戏项目灯光合成经验者优先。
